Hello, I´m Gabriela Vavrova the founder of Unlocksuccess, Executive Holistic Coaching  for talented individuals who strive for success in their work and balance in their life.

The passion for productivity and wellbeing  began with my first leadership job. Receiving a phone, laptop and tons of staff members , but no advice on how to manage mine or theirs time & effort. All around me, the people who seemed to be progressing were also the ones facing burn-out. Determined to break this 'trend', after trying and testing countless methods, combined with experience, coaching, expertise and business skills the result came.

The passion of modern leadership and high-productivity grew into creating this forward thinking company. A bespoke coaching practice that is holistic in its approach as well as discreet and personalized. While I loved every moment of the past twelve years as General Manager at Cocu, Compass or Google, my passion led me to dedicate my life to supporting other professionals, leaders and business owners as they navigate their career and life for sustainable change .

Sustainable change management has been embedded into my system through years of personal and professional experience . Thanks to  relocation into Ireland at the age of eighteen,  traumatic loss at early stages of my life through overseeing the largest catering business in Ireland.

Like so many of my clients I believe in a lifetime of continuous learning, whether through formal education, courses or reading. I have been privileged to learn from one of the leading Coaching Academies at Kingstown College and work with some of the leading coaches globally.
 
At Unlocksuccess I guide my clients to unlock the potential that lies within each of them. Every conversation, every individual I get to interact with is a source of inspiration. Sharing my knowledge, giving suggestions, making use of both established tools as well as the latest thinking to create a bespoke coaching solution that is matched to the individual is what gives me true joy.
